The power
plant fully respect emission limits stated
by National legislation (Ministry Decree
5/2/98) and also by Regional Law n. 7 of
22/1/99 (20% lower than the limits stated
by National legislation).
Pollutants fall out (NOx, SO2 and heavy
metals) during plant operation are negligible.
The adopted best available technologies
to remove pollutants guarantee during operation
the respect of the emission limits fixed
by laws.
